Terms and Conditions
Due to seasonal and local avalability  Berry' s designer florist cannot guarantee that the flowers pictured on this site will always be included in your choice of design.  However Berry's designer florist will endeavour to make every effort to fulfil your wishes.  Please advise us by phoning (01634 260258) if you have a particular preference for colours or flower types if not already detailed on your order. If you would like a specific design as featured on our pages we would ask you give us one days notice.  If your request is more general we can guarantee same day delivery in local areas.  Please ask for 'Florists choice'

All orders must be in pounds sterling.

All major credit cards are accepted

Deliveries within the UK

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday with guaranteed delivery if ordered before 11am to all our local delivery areas.

When ordering for special occasions ie. Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc (when there is likely to be high demand) Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.  For National Deliveries please phone us before 11am if you would like same day delivery.  The designs on the website are our own , national deliveries are placed with our relay company and so pricing/designs may differ.

Complaints procedure

At Berry's designer florist, we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible service.  In the unlikely event of a complaint Berry's designer florist will invesigate the  circumstances of the complaint and if we are satisfied your complaint is genuine, a replacement will be given.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Cancellations

If you should find it necessary to cancel your order a refund will be made less any expenses incurred as a  consequence of the cancellation.  Cancellations must be received at least 48hrs before the due delivery date.
